Desert Safari Dubai – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Desert Safari Dubai, operated by Desert Journey Tourism LLC. By booking or participating in any of our tours or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued.

  • Please ensure all booking details are correct. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.

Prices & Payments

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Additional services requested during the tour may cost extra.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Free cancellation is allowed if canceled at least 24 hours before the tour time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the booking amount.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Pick-up and drop-off are provided from selected locations only.

  • Pick-up times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or operational reasons.

  • Guests must be ready on time. Missed pick-ups are non-refundable.

Health & Safety

  • Desert safari activities involve risks and participation is at your own risk.

  • Not recommended for pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions.

  • Seat belts must be worn during dune bashing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

Children Policy

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Infants may not be allowed to join dune bashing activities.

  • Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their personal items.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of belongings.

Photography

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional use.

  • Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, or losses during the tour.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
