1. Pricing Policy

  • All tour prices listed on our website are fair, transparent, and inclusive of the specified services.
  • Prices do not include staff tips, personal expenses, or optional extras unless stated.

2. Payment Methods

  • Direct Cash Payment – Pay upon pickup.
  • Bank Transfer / ATM Deposit – Accepted and confirmed upon receipt.
  • Online Payment – Available for select tours, processed securely.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation – Up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
  • 50% Charges – If canceled within 12–24 hours of the tour start.
  • 100% Charges (No Refund) – If canceled less than 12 hours before the tour or in case of no-show.

4. Cancellation Procedure

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via our website or by contacting our support team.
  • Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive confirmation by phone, email, or SMS.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to show up at the pickup point without prior notice will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

6. Booking Confirmation

  • After booking, our team will send you instant confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or phone call within 24 hours.
  • Please ensure your contact details are accurate for smooth communication.

7. Amendments & Itinerary Changes

  • In case of natural disasters (floods, heavy sandstorms, earthquakes) or unavoidable circumstances, itineraries may change or tours may be canceled for safety reasons.
  • Guests will be informed in advance, and rescheduling or refunds will be provided.

8. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • Dubaidesertsafari.com and its partners are not responsible for personal loss, injury, or accidents during the trip.
  • Guests are advised to travel responsibly and arrange personal insurance if required.

Desert Safari Dubai – Safety Guidelines

  • Follow Instructions – Always listen to the guide and driver’s safety briefings.
  • Wear Seatbelts – Required during dune bashing and off-road driving.
  • Health Restrictions – Not suitable for pregnant women, and those with back, neck, or heart conditions.
  • Stay Hydrated – Carry water to prevent dehydration in desert heat.
  • Sun Protection – Use sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats to protect from sun exposure.
  • Stay Seated – Do not stand or lean out during dune bashing.

Desert Safari Booking Policy

  • Advance Booking Required – At least 12–24 hours before the tour.
  • Instant Confirmation – Sent via email or WhatsApp after booking.
  • Payment Options – Card, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Pickup.

Cancellation & Refund Rules

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour.
  • No refund if canceled within 24 hours.
  • No changes allowed within 24 hours of the tour.
  • Weather-Dependent – If canceled due to poor weather, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
  • Minimum Travelers Required – If not met, rescheduling or refund will be arranged.
